Returns:

We hope you love your new items, but in case you would like to return or exchange your purchase, please start your return within 21 days of the ship date.. Unfortunately, if the return is not started or returned in store after the 21 days, we are not able to accept the return. 

Items that qualify for a return are any item that is unworn, unused, undamaged with original tags attached and not marked final sale. Please be careful of makeup, perfume or deodorant rubbing off on the garment. 

Chloe & Claire Boutique will pay for the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. (i.e. you received an incorrect or defective item)

Returns can be made in the store or by mail. A store credit will be issued and can be used in-store or online, and the credit does not expire.

Shipping:

Shipping Is Always Free Over $100

We ship everywhere within the continental United States. Most orders will ship within 24 hours. Any orders placed after 1pm on a Friday or on Saturday will ship on Monday. 

All orders over $100 will be shipped for free. 

All other orders will ship USPS Priority Shipping for a flat rate of $9.00. 

In Store Pick Up:

We love it when you visit us. Select this option at checkout and you will be notified when your item is ready. Items can be picked up Thursday - Saturday during our store hours.
